Zoho Campaigns

Zoho Campaigns is a system for managing the organization’s email activities, fully integrated with the CRM. The system is simple and intuitive but has impressive capabilities and integration options with various data sources to optimize and centralize mailing activities. The system is equipped with tools to manage mailing lists, integrate with Google Analytics, and other features expected of a mailing management system. 

Zoho allows managing campaigns while monitoring and integrating with various types of media and marketing infrastructures. In many cases, the integration between Zoho’s systems and other systems is an integral part of the system and is performed simply and intuitively. In other cases, adjusting the interface and system is required to maximize the relevant marketing activity. Within Zoho’s reporting system, it is possible to view relevant campaign data, focusing on results and measuring return on advertising investment (ROAI). 

Integration between Zoho and Facebook 

The connection between Zoho and Facebook allows managing the organization’s Facebook activity with strong integration to the CRM system. Zoho Social is a powerful tool that helps in managing customer relationships, maintaining communication with them on the social network, identifying opportunities for relationship nurturing with customers, and acting accordingly. The tool allows managing Facebook paid campaigns, with a focus on quickly capturing leads into Zoho’s system. Regarding feedback on offline conversions, some integration work is required. 

Zoho Social
