Forms You can edit the structure of any form. In the form, you can add or remove fields (Customization), and mark several fields as required by the system. In the free version, adding fields to the form is not possible. This feature is of the utmost importance because, through the fields, you can define the topics to be considered and also transfer methodological topics to the attention of employees who may sometimes forget them in the rush of daily work.
Views (Cuts/Views) Views allow you to manage the information stored in all the forms of the module, analyze it, and present it in cuts/views that allow drawing conclusions from the information. Control over the creation of cuts/subviews and the ability to create views based on predefined characteristics using boolean operators. In many ways, views act as reports that reflect the information present in the module and also the missing information (if the field is empty, which is sometimes even more important).
