The company faced several challenges, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Inefficient manual processes for requesting and assigning vendor bids.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Difficulty managing costs due to the lack of transparency in vendor selection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limited scalability of existing workflows to handle growing project demands.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The company sought a solution that would automate vendor allocation while maintaining control over project costs, all within their Zoho CRM environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The <strong>Solution<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As a Zoho partner, we developed a custom <strong>Tender Capability Feature<\/strong> on Zoho CRM.
